The Role

You Will Be Responsible For :

  • Monitoring and analyzing market risk exposure, ensuring it remains within set parameters.
  • Performing daily analysis of VaR and other key risk metrics.
  • Conducting market risk stress testing.
  • Providing daily, monthly, and periodic risk reports, highlighting key risk factors.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Evaluating internal controls and suggesting improvements.
  • Analyzing risk incidents, performing root cause analysis, and recommending controls.
  • Supporting operational risk policies and procedures implementation.
  • Documenting risks, controls, and procedures accurately.
  • Liaising with internal / external auditors regarding control frameworks.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience, including in a similar role within Financial Services and Internet sectors.
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
  • Working knowledge of forex.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality work delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
  • Highly goal-driven, capable of working in fast-paced environments.
