David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Sales Representative for their Barcelona office.

  • Position : Customer Service Sales Representative
  • Location : Barcelona, Spain
  • Employment type : Full-time
  • Remuneration : Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
  • Focus on new customers and reactivate lapsed customers
  • Prospect new clients by building and following sales cadences
  • Identify and qualify prospects in targeted companies
  • Focus on driving profitability and customer growth
  • Outbound calls to find new business and book meetings for Specialists and Account Managers
  • Ability to ask the right questions to identify customer needs
  • Demonstrate advance sales skills to break through in making contact with new prospects, profiling and cross selling and up selling, eventually closing on the phone
  • Create an ongoing funnel
  • Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
  • Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary
  • Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow upon potential business
  • Timely response and resolution of incoming customer calls regarding customer inquiries and request.
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native / Fluency in Dutch, both written and oral. Good level of English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid Sales Background (outbound environment)
  • Achievement and goal oriented.
  • Good computer skills
  • 1 Year Previous experience in Sales B2B
  • Previous experience working with channel is a plus
  • Motivated and self-starter
  • Follow the security rules of the company
