If you are passionate about luxury and Supply Chain, this represents a great opportunity to join Loewe Supply Chain team in our Madrid offices.

As Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you have a deep understanding of both Supply Chain processes and project management methodologies. You will be responsible for executing and managing a portfolio of complex projects to optimize supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project completion, scope requirements adherence, and successful program execution, securing at the same time regular and complete communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Your role will be :

  • Project Planning and Execution : Lead all phases of supply chain projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and timely closure.
  • Process Improvement : Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in Supply Chain processes and implement best practices to optimize workflows and enhance overall operational performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with different departments, including Manufacturing, Merchandising, Finance, IT, etc., to ensure seamless project implementation and integration with existing systems.
  • Risk Management : Proactively identify and assess potential risks to project success and develop corresponding mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Present solutions and / or options to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring effective implementation of correctives.
  • Stakeholder Management : Act as a primary point of contact for designated projects, communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
  • Team Leadership : Mobilize and motivate capable project teams, communicating effectively across groups and departments, re-prioritizing as necessary to address changes in the business needs.
  • Supplier Management : Manage relationships with third-party suppliers / partners (internal or external) involved in the project. Oversee third-party performance, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and set timelines.

What is important for the role :

5 years' experience in Project Management leadership in Supply Chain related fields, with strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices. Fashion and Luxury experience is a plus.

Solid experience documenting / designing business processes, performing business analysis, and requirements definition.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills with knowledge on tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, and ERP. Experience with different SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, WM) is highly desirable.

Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage projects simultaneously.

Ability to perform under pressure in a very fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment, and to lead and motivate teams effectively.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, or equivalent, preferred. Six Sigma, Operations or Inventory Management and knowledge of Agile project management methodologies is a plus.

Must be proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
