We are looking for a Senior Ferment Technologist  who will be in charge of the identification and benchmarking of new strains and new ferment solutions enabling product superiority, optimal nutrition or specific health benefit across all product categories.

Your main responsibilities  will focus on :

• Integrate strains biodiversity, fermentation processes and emerging technological, molecular, digital approaches in collaboration with suppliers and external partners.
• Provide support and advices for the implementation of the ferment and fermentation solutions to the R&I product development teams.
• Contribute with the other experts in the field, to nurture ferment R&I strategy.
• Handle synergies with other R&I functions, UX, engineering, quality, operations and procurement.
