We are looking for a German-speaking Sales & Marketing Consultant to help businesses optimize their online presence using Google Ads solutions . In this role, you will consult with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), providing expert advice on how to improve their digital advertising strategies.

Responsibilities :

Consult with German-speaking clients to understand their business goals and recommend Google Ads solutions .
Develop tailored advertising strategies to help businesses maximize ROI.
Proactively identify sales opportunities and drive upsells and renewals.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to improve results.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction .
Stay up to date with Google Ads updates and digital marketing trends .

Requirements :

Fluent in German (C1 / C2 level) and proficient in English.

Experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising (Google Ads experience is a plus).

Strong communication and negotiation skills .

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret advertising performance data .

Goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment .

Additional Information :

Full time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).

Salary : starting from 24.650€ gross / year + up to 4.350€ gross / year in bonus.

This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
