As a Payroll and Labor Relations Specialist, you will ensure comprehensive, accurate, and compliant management of payroll and labor relations processes. As the technical and operational reference point, you will organize lead dialogue with the Works Committee, and represent the organization in conciliatory acts, while maintaining a transparent work environment aligned with corporate values.

Job Description

  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure legal compliance and confidentiality
  • Coordinate and monitor working time allocations including absences and leave
  • Lead discussions with the Works Committee, fostering cooperation and actively participating in negotiations
  • Represent the company in labor dispute resolutions before official bodies
  • Develop, update, and implement internal procedures for payroll and labor relations
  • Draft and process labor communications and ensure proper protocol
  • Supervise disciplinary compliance within legal and contractual frameworks
  • Advise management on labor legislation and relations
  • Analyze and report on key labor indicators to propose improvements

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources studies, Labor Relations, Law, or related fields
  • Work experience within a similar role, payroll experience is strongly required
  • Proficiency in payroll software (SAGE, A3, Payfit) and advanced Excel
  • Understanding of local labor legislation. Experience representing HR in labor law related topics is beneficial
  • Spanish and English language on a professional work related level
