Join the technology research and innovation group at Fireblocks, a dynamic team dedicated to extending the capabilities of our product through cutting-edge research and rapid incubation of new ideas. We are a hands-on group that thrives on exploring barely-defined concepts and transforming them into tangible product validations, POCs, and iterations that drive meaningful impact and shape the future of the Fireblocks platform.

This is a remote position aligned with the EU timezone.

What You'll Do :

As an entrepreneurial developer within our team, you will play an important role by taking innovative exploration projects from concept to completion. This is a highly diverse and hands-on role where you will :

• Code across different technology stacks.
• Conduct in-depth research and data analysis.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Incubate and validate new ideas rapidly.
• Lead projects end-to-end, turning ambiguous concepts into clear, impactful results.
