We are seeking highly skilled and adaptable Premium Chefs to join our client, a distinguished staffing  agency in Sweden or Norway  specializing in providing top-tier culinary professionals to busy restaurants and events along  Scandinavian countries.

Position Overview

This opportunity offers chefs the chance to work in prestigious establishments and participate in a major international event : Elitloppet plus a wide range of Swedish or Norwegian restaurants for summer season or longer. The season starts mid-May 2025 and runs until September 2025 plus option to prolong the contract for next season.

Requirements & Qualifications

A Premium Chef is expected to :

  • Hold EU citizenship with a passport or ID valid for at least six months from the job start date.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a classical restaurant setting.
  • Be highly skilled and versatile, capable of working across all kitchen sections independently.
  • Be proactive and self-driven, ready to assist with any task required to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Speak and understand English fluently to ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance.
  • Be adaptable and flexible, comfortable changing work environments and schedules.
  • Have a positive and communicative attitude, fostering a collaborative working atmosphere.

Job Overview & Work Schedule

  • The season commences with a high-profile horse riding competition, where chefs will be deployed one week in advance. The event lasts approximately one week.
  • Following the event, chefs will be assigned to various restaurants across Sweden, primarily in Stockholm.
  • Work assignments are scheduled weekly, with potential changes in restaurant placements every Friday. Some chefs may remain at the same location throughout the season, but this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Additional Policies & Expectations

  • Zero tolerance policy for alcohol and drug use—violations result in immediate termination.
  • Required personal equipment : Chef’s shoes, uniform, and a set of knives.
  • Health coverage : European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) is strongly recommended.
  • Financial preparation : It is advisable to bring at least €200 for personal expenses before receiving the first salary payment.
  • Contract duration : Until September 2025.
  • Future opportunities : Successful candidates may be offered winter season employment.

    Contract length : 3 / 4 months

    Pay : €14.00 per hour
