Working format :

Cyprus : Relocation package is provided.

Spain : we are only able to hire candidates who possess a DNI (for Spanish nationals) or a NIE linked to a valid working permit in Spain (for foreign nationals). Relocation support is not provided.

Poland : employment will be under ' Umowa o Pracę ' ( UoP ). Relocation support is not provided.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Set records with Europe’s quickest customer service via phone, email, and social media;
  • Sync with our dynamic squads to ensure every query gets a swift, seamless solution;
  • Ensuring individual KPI’s and overall Service Levels are consistently achieved;
  • Embrace and excel in the vibrant, ever-changing fintech landscape;
  • Participating in various projects when required;
  • Uphold our legacy of exceptional customer contentment.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in English and Spanish : written and verbal communication at advanced level
  • A proactive go-getter who takes charge;
  • Quick on your feet, ready to learn and adapt;
  • Sporting a vibrant smile and radiant energy every day;
  • People like to spend time with you.

  • You have worked in Customer Care for at least 1 year - Online, on the phone or face-to-face. If you have not worked in customer care, but would really like to - let us know!
