Your role?
Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all positionsManage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment.Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers.Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for our clients.Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.Building long-term relationships with potential candidates.What would make you a great candidate?
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.High level of English (spoken and written).2 years of experience in recruiting.Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills.What do we offer you?
