Job Description :

The Global Finance Controller is responsible for delivering financial activities at a global level. They control financial resources and ensure all transactions, systems, and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.

Mission & Responsibilities

Support in building and monitoring P&L :

  • Review and monitor global budgets
  • Prepare financial forecasts
  • Analyze and report issues and variances from forecast and budget
  • Advise on potential risks
  • Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to managers to develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage financial responsibilities
  • Operate litigation procedures

Review of financial operations :

  • Review accounting operations
  • Control billing, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition
  • Ensure quality of financial transactions and reporting
  • Prepare financial reports (audit, financial analysis, profit and loss statements, balance sheets)
  • Present findings and recommendations

    • Qualifications & Languages

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Languages : Fluent in English

    • Previous Experience & Industry Background

  • 5+ years in controlling or international controlling roles
  • Experience in audit firms, media agencies, digital industry, tech companies, or data companies

    • Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to work in an international / multi-country environment
  • Financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Business acumen, analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Teamwork, communication, time management
  • Proficiency in office software, financial analysis tools, and advanced Excel skills
