Languages Required : Excellent command of Dutch, professional level of English; other languages are considered a plus
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via chat, video, and co-browsing tools
- Understand customer needs and recommend the ideal product through tailored solutions and expert advice
- Support customers with the initial setup and discovery of their new devices
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize customer value
- Share responsibility for project KPIs through reporting and analysis
- Continuously develop your skills and contribute to training materials for the team
Core Skills
Passionate about Tech and Consumer Electronics (Entertainment and Audio / Video Electronics, IT and Computing Devices, Mobile Devices, Smart Home Solutions etc.)Previous Sales experience in Retail or Direct Sales (Consumer Electronics industry is a plus)Comfortable with digital communication tools and video callsAbility to build trust and connect with customers in a clear, empathetic, and professional wayWillingness to work five days per week, from 10 : 00 to 19 : 00 (including Saturdays)What’s on Offer
