A reputable MNC is looking to hire an Enterprise Network Specialist to be based at their Petaling Jaya office.

Responsibilities :

• You will be leading the design, deployment and support of complex network solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to L1 and L2 engineers.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, support skill development and troubleshoot complex issues across diverse network domains.
• Deliver onsite and remote support for critical incidents involving multi-domain networks (Incident and Problem Resolution).
• Lead the deployment of intricate network solutions, ensuring alignment with established project goals and deadlines.
• Develop and update technical documentation.
• Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning to verify that network solutions meet client specifications and operational requirements.
