We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (Salesforce) to join an international team working for a leading client in the automotive sector . You’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based systems used worldwide.
Diagnose and resolve Salesforce incidents (L2 / L3), ensuring system reliability and data integrity.
Support the evolution of Salesforce applications, including customization, configuration, and functional enhancements.
Identify recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with global teams, business stakeholders, and end users.
2+ years of experience in IT consulting or technical support.
~ Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce , beyond basic user support (configuration, customization, troubleshooting).
~ Understanding of Salesforce data model, integrations, and workflows .
~ Experience with databases (Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL).
~ Knowledge of APIs , microservices , or cloud environments (AWS preferred).
~ Fluent English (C1) .
