Job Description :

We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect with experience in workplace solutions environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a solution architect for IT and digital workplace environments, including at least 4 years managing large offers and complex multi-technology architecture designs, as well as IT workplace services.

Responsibilities :

  • Overall responsibility for the technical architecture of the solution, costs, and pricing.
  • Design the solution in a formal offer document based on client requirements.
  • Lead the presale / bid process for new business opportunities, providing the complete solution and coordinating the team of solution architects throughout the process.
  • Ensure that the architecture features and services meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, reliability, etc.
  • Responsible for the production of high-level designs and supervise the low-level design and other technical documents related to the project.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand how they can deliver the benefits of workplace solutions to their organizations while reducing risks through automation and request remediation.
  • Leverage hands-on customer experience and proof-of-concept to educate and engage a broader community of customers, partners, and coworkers.
  • Evaluate existing workplace strategies and conduct TCO analysis and security considerations as part of a workplace solution adoption framework.

Requirements and Skills :

  • Full fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High communication skills and ability to present solutions to customers.
  • Skills in ITIL, PMP methodologies, and experience in designing Agile / Scrum services.
  • Experience in implementing methodologies and processes in services.
  • Experience in the transformation and evolution of IT workplace services.
  • Experience in transitioning IT workplace services.
  • Experience in Portfolio Management.
  • Experience in designing IT workplace services for large corporations.
  • Architecture design for workplace solutions and migration from on-premise environments to cloud solutions, mainly in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in technology consulting projects : infrastructure transformation and evolution, digital transformation, and workplace solution adoption.
  • Workplace transformation assessments.
  • Definition of strategies and roadmaps for workplace solutions.
  • Wokplace architecture design.
  • Conducting readiness assessments for workplace solutions from technical and business perspectives.
  • Experience in managing costs and preparing pricing models for offers.
  • Sufficient knowledge of various IT technological areas (OS, networks, security, storage, backup...) to validate the partial solutions provided by architects and consolidate them into the global solution.
  • Enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams and can clearly communicate complex technology solutions at all organizational levels.
  • Skills in designing global workplace architectures.

  • Certification in Microsoft 365 : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Google Workspace Administrator.
  • ITIL 4 Foundations.
  • VMware workplace solutions certification.
  • AWS Solutions Architect Certification in Workplace.
