Customer Support Agent

Position Summary

In this role, you will assist customers with various inquiries related to their telecom services. This will involve resolving both administrative and technical issues. After completing your training and gaining experience, you'll also manage inquiries through additional channels such as email and social media. Excellent written communication skills are essential for success in this position.

While prior experience in a call center is preferred, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, be an effective problem solver, and have an empathetic approach to customer service.
