We are currently seeking a Dutch speaker to join our International team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in BPO. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Customer Support Representative (English and Dutch Speaker)

Industry : BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)

Locations : Portugal, Greece, and Spain

Special Note for Portugal : Company accommodation provided

Relocation Support : Available for all locations

Contract : 1-year, renewable

Working Hours : Depending on project, on-site

Salary : To be discussed

Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer support in English and Dutch through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic service.

    • Requirements :

  • Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts depending on project requirements.
