At Eviano, we’re passionate about digital innovation, e-commerce, and building scalable online businesses. We are looking for a  Finance & Accounting Specialist  to join our team and take full ownership of our financial and accounting operations. This is a key role that directly supports the CEO and helps guide business decisions through rigorous financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver  P&L reports and all relevant financial reports  to the CEO, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Manage, supervise, and plan the  entire accounting cycle , setting up and maintaining  analytical accounting  using  SAGE  or similar software.
  • In coordination with our  external accountant , handle monthly accounting tasks including  P&L and balance sheet  entries, annual closing, and the  financial audit .
  • Oversee the companies'  tax declarations in different countries , ensuring full compliance with all legal obligations (VAT, corporate tax, etc.).
  • Build, monitor, and analyze key  financial and operational KPIs  to evaluate performance and identify areas of improvement.

Professional Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Finance, Accounting, Economics , or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience  in a financial / accounting role, ideally in fast-paced digital or service-oriented companies.
  • Solid knowledge of  accounting and tax regulations (in Spain or France) .
  • Experience with  SAGE  (or similar ERP / accounting software) and confident handling full-cycle accounting.
  • Strong skills in  financial analysis and reporting ; ability to present financial data in a clear and actionable way.
  • Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English are mandatory. French is highly valued.

  • High level of autonomy, with direct reporting to the CEO.
  • Hybrid position : 1 to 2 days per week from our  Barcelona office , the rest remote.
