About The Role

Our Technology team is among the best globally. It’s our engine for innovation — building new financial backends and creating apps used by millions worldwide. We focus on building world-class financial features from scratch, avoiding legacy systems.

We’re looking for a Backend Engineer eager to make an impact. If you prefer steady work without surprises, this may not be for you. Our approach emphasizes maintainability and rapid development using TDD, DDD, and CI / CD.

Technologies include : Spock, SparkJava, JOOQ, Flyway.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building mobile APIs
Developing microservices to evolve architecture
Enhancing critical systems like risk management, fraud detection, and payments
Focusing on greenfield projects and improving existing systems

What You'll Need

Proficiency in Java

6+ years in backend development

Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, maths, physics, or related fields

Quick learner with an ambitious, results-driven attitude

Strong team collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and organization skills

Fluency in English

Nice to have

Experience with Kotlin or Scala

Background in finance

Experience in startups or scale-ups

Product-focused environment experience
