Senior SAP ABAP Software Engineer

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced freelance SAP ABAP software engineer to support a key client based in Madrid.

The project involves ongoing enhancements and support for an existing SAP landscape, with a focus on custom development, performance optimization, and integration tasks.

While much of the work can be performed remotely, the client requires onsite availability in Madrid as needed - most likely once a week. Candidates must be located in or near the area and open to attending onsite meetings when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Strong background in SAP ABAP development, including classical and object-oriented programming
• Experience with enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms
• Understanding of SAP modules such as FI, MM, or SD is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with functional teams
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
