Your qualifications
Hands-on : You are solution-oriented and love finding opportunities to automate processes.
Previous roles : Trainee in Sales areas. Sales development representative.
Experience : One year or more. We are looking for someone ready to grow with us.
Language skills : German language (C1) is required. You should also be proficient in English (C1). French is a big plus.
Communication : You communicate transparently and empathetically.
Structure : Self-organization and professional growth is the core of your work ethic.
Technical understanding : You like tech environments. Experience with HubSpot would be a plus.
Education : You have successfully completed a vocational training or a bachelor degree.
Your tasks
Daily work : Provide administrative support, learn how to qualify leads, and assist Vince with documentation.
Outbound : Engage in calling and emailing.
Inbound : Handle pre-qualification by phone and coordinate meetings.
Social selling : Prospect and manage sequences on LinkedIn.
Customer contact : Start building and maintaining relationships through calls and written communication.
Process building : Support Vince in developing new processes and ideas.
