JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for two Product Functional Analysts with a technical background to join the RSS team at Abertis Mobility Services, supporting the development and delivery of tolling solutions across RSE (hardware + gantry controller) and OBO (Operational Back Office). These roles will work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure functional clarity and delivery alignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in gathering and documenting functional requirements for RSE and OBO systems.
Support product backlog refinement, focusing on ticket creation and grooming.
Analyze data from tolling systems for troubleshooting and issue identification.
Participate in testing and validation of new features or system changes.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Functional
Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to support decision-making and communication.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Industrial, Engineering, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with hardware / software integration projects.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and ideally SQL.
Excellent communication and documentation skills in Spanish and English.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment, with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.
Planning and prioritization-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a product-oriented team.
Nice-to-Have
Basic understanding of infrastructure concepts (e.g., databases, NFS).
Basic knowledge of Linux and ability to write and execute simple SQL queries.
Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of product lifecycle.
Interest or basic understanding of tolling systems or mobility infrastructure (ITS).
