Job Title : Sales Representative Specialist (Swiss-German speaking)

Location : On-site, Valencia, Spain

Role Type : Outbound Specialist (Hunter)

Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Swiss-German speaking Sales Representative Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. This on-site role focuses on outbound sales and driving new business opportunities, with an emphasis on expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets.
  • Proactively focus on acquiring new customers and reactivating lapsed ones.
  • Build and follow sales cadences to prospect and engage new clients.
  • Identify and qualify potential prospects within targeted companies.
  • Drive profitability and customer growth.
  • Conduct outbound calls to secure new business and schedule meetings for Specialists and Account Managers.
  • Utilize advanced sales skills to penetrate prospects, perform profiling, cross-sell, up-sell, and close deals over the phone.
  • Maintain and manage an ongoing sales funnel.
  • Track, manage, and report activities related to the sales pipeline.
  • Review client satisfaction levels and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Communicate client feedback for potential business follow-up.
  • Provide timely response and resolution to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals, ensuring they are both sound and competitive.

Requirements :

  • Advanced proficiency in English and German; Swiss-German is a significant advantage, with French as a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Solid outbound sales background.
  • Achievement and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience working with channels is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Adhere to company security rules.
  • Shift Details :

    Monday to Sunday - 08 : 30 - 17 : 30

    Full-time position with an indefinite contract.
