Position : Internship Coordinator

As an Internship Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting students to realize their professional dreams by connecting them with high-profile companies and guiding them through their career development journey. This position is at the heart of ESE's mission, enabling students to explore their passions while developing marketable skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions to understand students' career goals and aspirations.
Build and maintain relationships with high-profile local and international companies to secure tailored internship opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of students during internships, ensuring a mutually beneficial experience for both parties.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
