Position : Internship Coordinator

Location : Madrid, Spain

Employment Type : Full-Time

As an Internship Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting students to realize their professional dreams by connecting them with high-profile companies and guiding them through their career development journey. This position is at the heart of ESE's mission, enabling students to explore their passions while developing marketable skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Engagement :

Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions to understand students' career goals and aspirations.

  • Review CVs and personal branding materials, providing constructive feedback to help students present their best professional selves.
  • Prepare students for the workplace by organizing workshops on effective communication, interview techniques, and professional presentations.
  • Company Collaboration :
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-profile local and international companies to secure tailored internship opportunities.

  • Collaborate with businesses to identify internship roles aligned with students' specializations.
  • Organize networking events, Career Days, and company visits to foster connections between students and employers.
  • Program Management :
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of students during internships, ensuring a mutually beneficial experience for both parties.

  • Regularly assess and improve the internship program to align with industry trends and student needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student placements, partnerships, and program outcomes.
  • Qualifications

  • Skills :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
  • High organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using career services platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Education & Experience :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in career services, human resources, or similar roles (preferably in an academic or international environment).
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and CV / resume best practices.
  • Certifications (Preferred) : Career coaching or talent development certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
