We are looking for someone with initiative and problem-solving skills who can take responsibility for structuring our accounting department and creating a more efficient and streamlined workflow.

This is a part-time position with a full-time projection. Permanent contract.

Location : Barcelona, PobleNou

Working Hours : Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM

Working Directly with clients from : Norway, USA & Europe

Remote Position

Salary : 900 Euros (Gross) per month

Requirements :

Bookkeeping and / or accounting experience
Proficient in writing and speaking English
Knowledge of accounting methods and basic accounting rules
Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)

Jobs to do :

Responsible for creating invoices, reconciling client accounts, keeping track of past-due invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and tracking all 3 different H5 businesses.

Purchasing Controller : responsible for payments to providers / services.

Having a clear overview, ensuring clients are paying their invoices, verifying that numbers correspond, and correcting / crediting errors easily.
