Position Overview

The candidate will design and develop application code, implement technical solutions, and configure applications in response to business needs. To meet the requirements of the business, the candidate will actively participate in the technical design and architecture of the application or its components, propose appropriate solutions to use, and promote reusability of existing components while working in a collaborative environment.

The candidate should have deep knowledge of systems and applications under their control, manage changes, and collaborate in the technical analysis, implementation, and testing of approved projects. The candidate will also participate in application maintenance tasks.

The candidates will work on applications based on midrange technology (JAVA / Angular).

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical design, programming, and testing
New projects, enhancements, and maintenance of a specific set of applications
Ensure IT Application Life Cycle standards are met in ongoing enhancements and maintenance
Align application changes with the application strategy and technology roadmap
Identify and manage risks and issues associated with the application
Ensure maximum operational availability and stability
Achieve cost efficiency

Your Skills and Experiences

Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish

Knowledge and experience in systems and end-to-end processes

Experience in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript analysis and programming

Experience in JEE or other Java frameworks (Java, Spring Boot), Angular, React

Knowledge of markup languages : XML, JSON / GraphQL

Experience developing REST services

Experience in application solutions from a technological perspective, with the ability to understand key aspects of technical platforms and infrastructure

Solid knowledge of software engineering, design patterns, and software architecture

Development background and demonstrated experience as an analyst

Experience analyzing existing systems from high-level architecture to application code review

Experience with technical documentation, architectural diagrams, components, flows, and use cases

Demonstrable DevOps-oriented mindset

Experience with testing / QA tools

Strong technical knowledge with the ability to understand complex business processes and workflows

Teamwork capacity with multidisciplinary teams

Leadership and communication skills

High commitment and results-focused

Ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and plan tasks

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge of methodologies in application development (e.g., Agile)
