Our client, a New York based Investment Bank , is looking to expand its team in Madrid , and is currently searching for Corporate Finance / Investment Banking / Transaction Advisory professionals with 2 - 4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support execution of live transactions of mergers and acquisitions, structuring and filling financing needs for corporations.
Support preparation of transaction documents including teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations.
Develop and lead company analysis and advanced financial analysis.
Client interactions.

Requirements :

2 - 4 years of relevant corporate finance / investment banking / transaction advisory experience.

Hold a qualifying academic degree in Finance with excellent educational background.

Highly proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluent English.
