Descripción del trabajoReal experience building content for a growing brand Full creative freedom with support from our marketing team Opportunities to grow your personal creative network in nightlife, fashion & events with involvement in launches, product shoots, and pop-ups You already create — whether for yourself or brands Strong creative eye and editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe, etc.) Comfort with being at events, filming people, and moving with the crowd Awareness of TikTok and IG culture and passion for storytelling through video Social, reliable organized, flexible and excited to create regularly Experience in nightlife, fashion, or events is a plus Weekly short-form video edits Monthly trend + format report (what’s working on TikTok, what we should try) Monthly recap video of events and brand moment
Role Overview :
You’re always recording. You’ve got the eye for what works — edgy, raw, and stylish. El Sorbo is looking for a proactive Content Creator to help us build a new digital identity on TikTok, supporting and amplifying our existing Instagram presence. You’ll attend events weekly, pitch and create concepts, and be part of shaping the next phase of El Sorbo’s visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Attend El Sorbo events and capture content (video-first)
- Lead on TikTok strategy and identity
- Build a distinct voice on TikTok that’s raw, relatable, and targets Gen Z
- Research trends, formats, audio, and creators to guide weekly content decisions
- Pitch and develop short-form video content for trends, memes, promotion
- Collaborate with DJs, designers, and the team to shoot campaign visuals
- Keep content high-quality, on-brand, and consistent
