Your Mission :

As a Senior Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and continuous improvement of our Fluidnatek equipment. You will collaborate with internal engineers, external partners, and even our clients, driving projects from concept to completion. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to shape the future of our technology.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the Charge : Drive the development of new equipment and functionalities, from gathering requirements and designing prototypes to rigorous testing and data analysis.
• Master of Design : Design and build equipment that meets stringent specifications, considering manufacturability, serviceability, and cost-efficiency.
• Problem Solver : Proactively identify and resolve issues, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our existing product portfolio.
• Project Champion : Take ownership of internal development projects, creating project plans, executing DoEs, and providing regular updates.
• Technical Guru : Provide guidance to the engineering team, ensuring top-tier design, implementation, and maintenance of equipment.
• Quality Advocate : Review and approve technical documentation, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Client Partner : Serve as the primary technical contact for our valued customers.
• Future Leader : Grow into the role of Engineering Manager, building and leading our internal engineering team and managing external collaborations.
