Your Role :

Drive strategy and growth for Autohero's Spain Retail Unit.
Optimize Retail KPIs : Sales, Operations & Logistics, and Customer Satisfaction.
Support new projects with analytical and project-oriented tasks.
Implement scalable improvements for profitability and customer experience.
Report directly to the Director of Retail.

What We’re Looking For :

Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields (MBA is a plus).

Strong analytical skills (KPIs analysis) and ability to manage priorities.

At least 2 years of experience in Strategic Business Development, consulting, or startups.

Passionate about driving projects forward and taking ownership.

Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (C2).
