Position Overview :

Due to our steady business growth, we are interested in hiring an Accounting Specialist in our Shared Service Centre (SSC), which provides accounting services to our subsidiaries in Europe, Australia, and several Latin American countries.

This role will report to a Regional Accounting Mgr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accounting of invoices from suppliers and customers.
• Accounting of collections and payments.
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and bank accounts.
• Preparation of monthly operating accounts.
• Analysis of deviations with Budget / forecast.
• Elaboration of treasury reports (weekly).
• Elaboration of budget follow-ups (monthly).
• Support to the country manager with budgets / forecast and internal audits, being also interlocutor of external audits.
• Other accounting tasks : (Provisions, prepaid expenses, operations with related companies, expense reports, payroll, etc.).
• Tax calculation and presentation (supported by tax advisors in each subsidiary).
