Position Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service representative. The successful candidate will provide critical support by answering phone calls, managing customer information in the CRM, scheduling calls for service technicians, and handling data entry tasks. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on delivering excellent service to our customers.
