Descripción del trabajoDesigning, implementing, and overseeing network infrastructures Configuring, supervising, and enhancing firewalls, VPNs, IDS / IPS, and other security measures Investigating and mitigating network and security incidents Maintaining the reliability, efficiency, and protection of the network Offering expertise and assistance to internal teams on IT Recording and maintaining documentation of network infrastructure Partnering with external service providers Evaluating and deploying emerging technologies
Qualifications
- A degree in computer science, information security, or an equivalent
- Extensive experience in network and IT security
- Proficiency with firewalls, VPN technologies, and intrusion detection / prevent
- Strong understanding of network protocols
- Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, or similar credentials
