Field Service Engineer - IBERIA region

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent operation of all modality-specific models (CT / PET CT, MRI) in the designated area.
• Perform total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
• Communicate clearly with end-users and department managers on equipment status; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Share and support best practices implementation, including with UIH partners.
• Maintaining documentation of performed tasks. Supervision of entrusted tools.
• Cooperation with the team of Engineers in Europe in solving technical issues. Provide technical support coordinated with Regional Technical Support team
• Coordinate and manage service activities in the Region, including streamline interface with UIH Partners
• Collaborate closely with the local distributors to align, improve, and guarantee quality technical service processes and support customer needs effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the UIH General Manager for Iberia region.
