User Interface Designer (Remote)

We are searching for an UI Designer to join the Visual Design team at Ogilvy Barcelona.

Our designers are creative minds who innovative ideas to life, expand the visual language, and immerse themselves in a variety of projects to breathe life into them.

Creation of visual design, typography, visual concepts, logos, icons, and UI interactive platforms.

Produce cutting-edge creative work and a master-level understanding of design and layout.

Proactively collaborate across disciplines to achieve the best possible project outcomes.

Comfortable working autonomously in sprints, with a minimum duration of 3 days, and guided by clear direction from Design Leads.

Must work closely with Design Leads to accomplish and maintain the quality of design.

Mentor designers and junior Designers, inspiring a higher level of craft and taste.

Strategies to expand the visual language in specific projects.

Upholding Ogilvy's culture and work standards in each project.

Formal education in design with over +6 years of experience.

Experience in digital design and branding.

Manage the quality and execution of design throughout all phases of a project.

Communicative and coordinated to ensure alignment with the brand and agency expectations.

Continuous knowledge of design trends, techniques, and software.

Responsible for delivery on time and quality.

Maintain Ogilvy's work culture, respecting timelines, processes, and work procedures.

High-profile clients and international brands.

~ Full-time position.

~ Hybrid format : 2 or 3 days in the office / 2 or 3 days remote work.

~ Christmas, Easter, July, and August : FULL REMOTE.

~ Flexible hours.

~ Permanent contract with a six-month trial period.
