Quality Control Manager

From Biopharma Quality we are looking for a Quality Control Manager who will involved in the harmonization of current Grifols QC laboratories around the world as well as in the leading start-up phase of QC units at new Grifols sites. As main project, will be involved in the setting up of Grifols Egypt’s new manufacturing site.

What your responsibilities will be

• Responsible of developing all Quality Control aspects of production, warehousing and testing in Grifols Egypt manufacturing site, and that those are compliant with Egyptian Regulation, Grifols standards and international standards.
• Ensure the implementation of all QC requirements in Grifols Egypt Manufacturing Site and prepare all required documentation related to it.
• Ensure compliance of industry quality standards, GMPs and all regulatory and safety aspects of the manufacturing site and its processes.
• Define harmonized strategies of QC planification to optimize all Grifols manufacturing QC processes.
• Define a manufacturing QC organization chart, write job descriptions. Build and manage a local manufacturing team for QC including managers and specialists.
• Interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they can perform the required tasks in the process.
• Coordinate training processes, coaching and mentoring to assure future harmonizated practices in Grifols QC sites.
• Define KPIs and ensure compliance, including management and reporting.
• Perform assigned tasks by direct Manager.
