We're Hiring : Data Governance Lead (Informatica) - Barcelona

Location : Barcelona

Type : Full-time / Contract

Language : English (Spanish a plus)

Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in data governance and Informatica ?

We're looking for a high-level Data Governance Consultant to lead projects around Informatica / Entity 360 - a core platform driving product life cycle workflows for our client. This is not a data stewardship role . We need someone who can operate at the strategic level : defining governance processes, setting KPIs, and driving adoption across the enterprise.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead the design and rollout of enterprise data governance strategies
  • Define and implement governance frameworks, KPIs, and policies
  • Manage end-to-end projects using Informatica (Entity 360)
  • Align governance efforts with product life cycle workflows
  • Partner with business & technical teams to ensure success
  • Be the go-to expert for best practices in governance & data quality

What You'll Bring :

  • 7+ years in data governance or data management
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica (especially Entity 360 )
  • Ability to define governance strategies - not just manage data
  • Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a big plus)
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
