As the Lead of the Financial Lines, Prime, and CABT Portfolio Management team within IPZ SC Spain, your primary responsibilities will include :
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of 5-6 employees in the Financial Lines, Property Prime, and CABT implementation team. Develop the team, train new joiners, and maintain backup and succession planning in place.
- Become an expert in portfolio account management of key and big accounts.
- Maintain and update team guidelines reflecting any wording changes and implement those changes within the team.
- Maintain fluent communication with main stakeholders in the central UW teams for FL, Property, and CABT to ensure expected service is met and their needs are fulfilled.
- Support IPZ Transformation projects such as Wording Digitalization and Product roll-out in Neo.
- Deliver optimal service to Customers in Financial Lines, Prime, and CABT by adhering to guidelines and continuously improving processes to meet SLAs.
- Follow up on escalations to ensure excellent delivery within the network and create a learning organization that shares best practices.
- Follow up on data quality in global systems and deliver on cleanup actions stated in Quality Assurance Reports.
- Maintain good relationships with the IPZ network to improve operations and services provided.
Business Accountabilities :

Education
University DegreeExperience
Strong insurance background (business administration, economics, insurance management or similar).Understanding of insurance operations with special focus on handling highly complex international accounts.4 years’ experience in IPZ, either with an UWS or an UWR background.Experienced in working internationally and cross-border.Strong leadership skillsAnalytic and strategic thinkerProcess and solution oriented through Zurich Lean activities.Experience managing and defining international business processes and operations.Ability to follow Operating directives and Performance MetricsLanguages
