We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and grow our customer base in the plastics sector across Catalonia and Aragon . This role focuses on managing existing business relationships and developing new opportunities for Calcium Carbonate (CaCO₃) and distribution products . The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, technical understanding of plastic applications, and a passion for customer success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Account Management : Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in the plastics industry.
  • Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting new clients and expanding product penetration.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Product Promotion : Promote CaCO₃ and distribution products, providing technical and commercial support.
  • Market Intelligence : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (technical service, supply chain, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in the plastics or chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic processing and additives (CaCO₃ experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan.
