Responsibilities

Support the full sales cycle.

Use your outgoing personality to enhance the student experience.

Manage communication and administrative tasks.

Ensure smooth operations throughout the student lifecycle.

Handle complaints and provide excellent service.

Great customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Proactive with problem-solving skills and initiative.

Highly organized with multitasking ability.

Intermediate skills in MS Office and online systems.

Resilient, adaptable, and culturally aware.

Willing to undertake Carbon Literacy training.

Benefits

EUR €18,000 / year salary

5 weeks' annual leave + Easter and Christmas days off
