Application Engineer Manager

What you´ll do

• Take a leading role in driving the product technical upskilling of the organization by sharing expertise, generating knowledge, and promoting best practices across teams and clients.
• Perform / support completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on all product-related performance complaints.
• Provide technical resource and assessment to the market while supporting “must win” projects and programs.
• Complete Customer Technical Request Testing and Reports within the TCS database or equivalent, including 'customer ready' reports.
• Run and upkeep laboratory equipment, leading / supporting ongoing standardization, harmonization, and administration of laboratory test methods.
• Ensure laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations.
• Support internal and external technical requests and projects.
• Be responsible for CAPRIS / ACE and TCS database documentation of the performed lab activities.
• Write customer-facing reports for the field Sales / TCS teams, KAMs, Marketing, PD, and Innovations or project team.
• Directly communicate with the field Sales / TCS teams, KAMs, or project team. Train Sales / Marketing and other TCS personnel on products. Perform customer lab demonstrations and customer training.
