Business Process Analyst Infosec What will be your challenges?

As part of the Process Security Risk team within the Infosec Area, you will join a team of problem solvers, connecting business strategy with project execution while monitoring impact and risk mitigation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, innovate projects, and report to top management. This role is ideal for high-performance candidates from strategy consulting firms looking to transition into the corporate sector.

Some challenges include :

  • Lead analysis of our extensive portfolio (+5 million customers), structure insights, and develop recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance security.
  • Support business analysis by converting large data volumes into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Create business cases to understand current and future business scenarios.
  • Collaborate with teams and third parties to define solutions, document requirements, and implement initiatives.
  • Set strategic roadmaps and lead project execution, ensuring alignment and approvals from relevant departments.
  • Develop standards, procedures, policies, and improve processes through automation and continuous evolution.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for top management.
  • Maintain relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders.

Location :

Permanent position based in Madrid.

Candidate Profile Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, IT, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
  • 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a fast-paced tech company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Experience translating requirements into actionable activities.
  • High attention to detail and rigor.
  • Leadership and project management skills, with experience in defining strategic and execution plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ambition to work in a results-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
