We are seeking a proactive and energetic management team with extensive experience in fast‑paced restaurant and bar operations. The ideal candidates will be passionate about delivering high‑quality guest experiences and driving business growth.

General Manager – Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Demonstrated success in managing a busy, high‑volume restaurant
• Hands‑on approach, acting as the public face of the business with enthusiasm for operational excellence
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing inventory, controlling costs, maintaining profitability, and developing supplier relationships
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and mentor a cohesive team
