What You Will Do In This Role

  • Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance targets weekly / monthly / quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and ensure data in CRM is accurate and up-to-date
  • Remove roadblocks and support the team to resolve challenges supporting sales opportunities
  • Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client / territories
  • Stay current on market and client service developments, informing the team of latest trends
  • Be a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues
  • Maintain communication with Sales Director and external clients to foster and develop strategic relationships
  • Ensure team understanding to meet operating plan, sales, and client performance targets (CPTs)
  • Coordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds
  • Partner and build business relationships with all partners to meet customer expectations

Your Qualifications

  • Bilingual or proficient in English and Dutch
  • 5+ years proven experience in sales
  • Passion for customer experience and driving results
  • Experience in operations and strategy building
  • Excellent coaching skills
  • Proven record of developing and retaining employees
  • Experience maximizing revenue through best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Solution-oriented management skills
