Payroll Manager Role Overview
As a payroll manager, you will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculations, benefits, taxes, and deductions in compliance with labor laws.
This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Payroll Processing : Ensure accurate salary calculations, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
- Compliance : Stay updated on labor law changes and tax regulations.
- Social Security : Manage Social Security contributions via SILTRA.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records related to salaries, taxes, and employee benefits.
- Team Management : Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
