Tasks
Role Overview :
You’ll support Dutch users of a leading online banking app, primarily through chat. Your tasks include helping customers set up accounts, resolving transaction issues, identifying and escalating fraud cases, and ensuring overall satisfaction. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding new clients and improving internal processes.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For :
Native Dutch speakers with at least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and experience in customer-facing roles. You’ll be part of a vibrant, supportive team in a rapidly expanding company.
