Senior Business Strategist

Job Description

This role involves leading the entire Demand Forecast process, ensuring proper stakeholder engagement and communication, and developing and monitoring Supply Chain KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.

The Senior Demand Planner and Business Analytics plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain by driving continuous improvement initiatives and utilizing Power BI to analyze data and generate reports.

Key responsibilities include leading the monthly S&OP meeting, developing accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data and market trends, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Other key tasks involve overseeing the integration of the demand forecast into the replenishment plan, proposing and implementing solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy, and creating and managing dashboards to visualize data and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
• Proven experience with demand planning software (IBP) and strong proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting methods
• Proven experience with KPIs, dashboards, and Power BI
• Experience in leading projects and working collaboratively across functions
• 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
• High level of English and Spanish proficiency
