In a pre-sales context, the Solution Manager delivers the solution design including costing and migration approach for parts or overall solution on sales unit demand.

He / she manages all contributors to the solution development (Solution Architect, Financial Architect etc.), designs the solution in dimensions of business, technology, services, resources, timeline, costs and e2e value add for the customer.

Experience Required

  • Experience in complex bids, solution design, pricing, added value identification, key selling points.
  • Supports the proposal team and focuses on Infra.
  • Understands bidding and delivery approval processes during bid phase.
  • Designs competitive and sustainable end-to-end solutions based on our standard portfolio and in coordination with the relevant actors in the company and third parties (partners).
  • Creates proposal deliverables, solution costing and pricing models, and overall business cases associated with the designed solution.
  • Leads proposal development processes during the bidding phase, together with other teams specialized in Architecture, Operation, Support, Risks, Legal, Financial, etc.
  • Explains and defends the overall deal at senior levels, with a solid view on our value proposition, risks, and benefits.

Technical Skills :

  • IT Infrastructure Automation & Orchestration
  • Middleware management : database, web service
  • Virtualization : VMs, Kubernetes
  • Experience required : At least 5 years in Information Technology Managed Services and Solutions.
  • At least 3 years in Presales in an international environment, customer-oriented, ensuring a clear understanding of their business priorities and needs.
