EBS Solutions Support Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Solutions Support Analyst to provide essential support for our ongoing business operations on an 18‑month FTC. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for our users across the Financials and Supply Chain modules, delivering first‑line triage, analysis, and resolution of system issues.

As an EBS Support Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with business teams to investigate and resolve application errors or process challenges, ensuring timely and effective solutions. You’ll also manage escalations, coordinating with both internal IT resources and external support partners to drive issues through to successful resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 / 3 functional and technical support for Oracle EBS Financials and Supply Chain modules.
• Manage and escape Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support as needed.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities.
• Configure and maintain application setups in line with change management processes.
• Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Assist with patching, upgrades, and testing of the Oracle EBS environment.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and support enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts for new configurations and updates.
• Provide ad hoc user training and documentation to support effective system use.
• Work closely with IT teams and clearly communicate technical issues to non‑technical users.
