Hikvision is the world's largest supplier of video surveillance products and solutions. The company specializes in video surveillance technology, as well as designing and manufacturing a full-line of innovative CCTV and video surveillance products. The product line ranges from cameras and DVRs to video management software. Since its establishment in 2001, Hikvision has quickly achieved a leading worldwide market position in the security industry.

Over the past several years, we have deepened our knowledge and experience in meeting customer needs in various vertical markets with professional and intelligent solutions, including smart city, transportation, retail, logistics, energy, and education. In addition, Hikvision is extending its business to smart home, robotics, automotive electronics, intelligent storage, fire security, infrared sensing, X-ray detection, and medical imaging to explore new channels for sustaining long-term development.

We are looking for a Channel Sales

The position is focused on maintaining and developing distributors within non-video product families. The candidate should have a technical-commercial profile, not only to properly represent the brand but also to ensure the achievement of the established commercial objectives.

Develop distributors and strategic partners within the technology sector.

Negotiate commercial agreements, margins, and rebates.

Oversee compliance with sales targets, coverage, and required services.

Coordinate technical and commercial training sessions.

Monitor and manage inventory reviews and forecasts.

Analyze channel performance metrics (sell-in / sell-out / ROI).

Report progress, risks, and opportunities to the commercial department.

Technical knowledge of products and technological solutions (hardware, software, networks, etc.).

Conflict management and problem-solving skills.

Advanced English.
